In March 2020, the company disclosed a security incident which they described as a 'malicious attack' against their email vendor and led to unauthorized access to certain employee email accounts which contained customer and employee information.
The information believed to have been compromised included customer names and addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, rate plans, features and billing information. Financial information (including credit card information) and Social Security numbers were confirmed by the company to have not been breached.
