In May 2018, the healthcare company disclosed that 500,000 patients have been exposed in a data breach. The cyber attack was discovered in March 2018 but the breach itself occurred back in September of 2016, which means that the patient records were left exposed for more than a year and a half.
Exposed information included names, addresses, birth dates, insurance information and Social Security numbers.
The company is offering one free year of credit monitoring to those affected.
